
Dr Jason B. Black is a board-certified and active emergency medicine physician with a passion for regenerative heath, wellness, and performance. After earning his medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Black has practiced in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Texas, Arizona, and his home state of Utah. He was previously the Associate Program Director for an ACGME accredited emergency medicine residency training program and a former Medical Director of a Level 1 Trauma Center. Dr. Black is currently an Assistant Clinical Professor at Midwestern University and resides in Northern Utah with his family.

Brian has been working in the healthcare field for more than 15 years. Brian started his career working in EMS. Since then he has worked as a nurse in the Emergency Department, ICU, and in a clinic. He has tried out and benefited from several of the services offered at Mind and Body Performance for the past few years and knows the impact and changes it can make in ones life.

Alyssa is a NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach and has been working with clients in the life coaching/public speaking circuit for over 8 years. She also has a BS degree in Communications and Public Relations. Alyssa has a passion for helping clients reach their potential and personal goals by teaching them to lean and tap into their higher selves. When she’s not working, she enjoys running, biking, and spending time with her family.

Stevie is a Registered Nurse and Master Esthetician with over 5 years of experience in advanced skincare. Her passion for helping clients feel confident in their own skin inspired her journey into clinical nursing, allowing her to combine her medical knowledge with hands-on aesthetic expertise. She specializes in aesthetic injections and customized treatment plans, such as laser treatments, microneedling, and chemical peels, focusing on natural results. She strives to create a safe space for her clients where they feel supported, heard, and beautiful every step of the way.

Annie has been the receptionist at Mind and Body for the past two years and plays an important role in creating a welcoming, supportive experience for every client who walks through the door. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science and has a strong passion for health, fitness, and overall wellness.She loves everything about aesthetics, especially tox and filler, and is passionate about helping clients feel their absolute best through preventative treatments and healthy lifestyle habits. Annie believes confidence starts from within and is strengthened by taking care of both your body and your skin.

Emily is a Physician Assistant with over two decades of experience across diverse clinical settings, including primary care, internal medicine, dermatology, medical weight loss, and emergency medicine.
In recent years, her focus has shifted to regenerative, preventative, and integrative medicine. Emily thrives in collaborating with patients and empowering them with knowledge and resources to mature with grace, maintaining their overall well-being and a healthy appearance.
When not at the clinic she loves hiking gardening, volunteering and spending time with her husband and 4 growing children.

Elissa is the Social Media Manager and Content Creator here at Mind and Body Performance. With a passion for all things beauty and wellness, and a background in education and digital content creation, she brings a unique perspective to aesthetic marketing by combining clear communication with engaging storytelling.Elissa developed her passion for social media while building her own online platforms and collaborating with brands in the beauty and lifestyle space. Through this experience, she gained expertise in creating high-performing short-form content and connecting brands with their audiences in an authentic way.
